Job summary

Agent Careers is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a remote, EST-aligned role. You will support the sales team by keeping the pipeline clean, booking calls, following up with leads, and prepping closers with lead history.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in sales support or related roles, proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), and strong English communication. You’ll work independently in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment and contribute to events and bootcamps.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales support, sales admin, appointment setting, or sales coordination.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline stages.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Independent work with minimal training and high motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the sales pipeline in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Book, confirm, and reschedule sales calls for the closing team.
• Follow up with no-shows and cold leads via SMS, email, and phone.
• Prep closers before calls with lead notes and history.
• Send contracts, payment links, and onboarding steps after a deal closes.
• Hand off new clients to the client success team.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date daily.
• Track and report daily sales numbers (bookings, show rate, close rate).
• Spot gaps in the process and flag them to leadership.
• Support the team during online events and bootcamps.
