Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the closing team by managing the sales pipeline, booking calls, and following up with leads. This remote role requires strong English communication and CRM experience, preferably with GoHighLevel (GHL).

You will prep closers with lead history, send contracts after deals close, and hand off clients to the success team. A self-motivated, detail-oriented worker will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales support or coordination.
• Experience with a CRM, preferably GoHighLevel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle high volume leads and tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update sales pipeline in GHL.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule sales calls.
• Follow up with no-shows and cold leads via SMS, email, and phone.
• Prepare lead notes and history for closers.
• Send contracts, payment links, and onboarding steps after closing.
• Hand off new clients to client success team.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date daily.
• Track daily sales metrics (bookings, show rate, close rate).
• Spot gaps in the process and flag them to leadership.
• Support the team during online events and bootcamps.
