Barton Integration, LLC. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in a primarily remote role with occasional in-office meetings in Orange County.

You will coordinate schedules, manage client communications, and help prepare proposals. You will gain exposure to low-voltage systems and learn estimating alongside the sales engineering team, using Salesforce and Slack to keep data accurate and customers informed.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, managing schedules, client communications, and document organization.
• Client Engagement: Assist with following up on proposals, agreements, and contracts, ensuring timely communication between clients and the sales team.
• Sales Engineering & Estimating: Learn and assist in estimating low-voltage infrastructure systems for commercial clients. These systems include Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, IP Video Surveillance, Fire Life Safety, Network Infrastructure, and Audio Visual Systems.
• Service Agreement Preparation: Prepare and send service agreements, quotes, and proposals to clients using provided templates.
• CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and interactions in Salesforce and support the team in tracking KPIs.
• Customer Service: Be a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt responses and excellent service.
