Job summary

Manatal in Irvine, CA, seeks a motivated Low Voltage Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities in the commercial low voltage market. You will build relationships with electrical and general contractors, integrators, property managers, and end users to generate staffing and project opportunities.

You will manage the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, collaborating with recruiting and operations to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience.
• Experience in the low voltage, security, electrical, or construction industry preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the low voltage and electrical construction markets.
• Build relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, security integrators, and commercial end users.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Schedule client meetings to present company services and capabilities.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract execution.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while expanding existing accounts.
