Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Low Voltage Systems Sales Executive to own the commercial sales cycle for Southern California, partnering with developers, general contractors, and property owners to design integrated low voltage solutions.

The role focuses on building relationships, pursuing RFPs, and closing contracts for access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and AV systems, with onsite work in Irvine, CA and travel across the region.

Qualifications

Proven technical, consultative B2B sales in commercial low voltage or related fields.
Experience selling to developers, general contractors, and owners.
Ability to travel across Southern California and work onsite in Irvine.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with engineering and estimating teams to deliver design-backed proposals.
Target multifamily, commercial, and building ownership groups in Southern California.
Lead negotiations and ensure profitability while meeting customer timelines.
Stay current on low voltage tech and building systems trends.
