Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the primary contact for Territory Managers and Customers, handling orders, inquiries, and opportunities to upsell. The role is largely remote with monthly onsite visits to a local distribution center and occasional training events.

You will use US Foods systems, engage with cross-functional teams, and support order accuracy while promoting promotions and value-added services.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service experience; food service distribution preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-resolution skills required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus; MS Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and Territory Managers; process via internal systems.
• Promote online ordering and value-added services; upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Transportation; resolve inquiries promptly.
• Provide administrative support to managers and handle credits, special orders, and routing.
