US Foods is hiring for a Sales Coordinator to support Territory Managers and Customers. The role is primarily remote with onsite attendance about once per month at a distribution center.

You will handle orders, inquiries, and opportunities to upsell, while using US Foods systems like Salesforce and Edge to respond quickly. The position requires strong customer service skills, 3+ years of experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience; food service distribution experience preferred.
• Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and resolve customer questions, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
• Serve as liaison between Customers, Territory Managers and Sales Support Admin.
• Review orders for accuracy and contact customers for substitutions when needed.
• Provide administrative support to Territory Managers and Sales Management.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
