Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sales Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for Territory Managers and Customers. The role is hybrid with mostly remote work and periodic onsite at the local distribution center, approximately once per month.

Responsibilities include processing orders, resolving questions, upselling opportunities, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in food service distribution, with CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience; food service distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers.
• Process orders and review for accuracy; upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Provide administrative support to Territory Managers and Sales Management.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Use US Foods systems to answer questions and support orders.
