Job summary

US Foods seeks a Sales Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site attendance at the local distribution center about once per month.

Responsibilities include taking orders, resolving issues, upselling promotions, and providing administrative support to field sales teams. Knowledge of US Foods systems (Edge, Salesforce) and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 3 years customer service experience; food service distribution preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; CRM familiarity a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and inquiries via phone and email.
• Support Territory Managers with administrative tasks and order processing.
• Upsell and cross-sell promotions to distribute slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate orders.
