Job summary

Revalize is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support NORAM direct sales from the US. You will keep Salesforce pipeline data accurate and move deals from initial contact to signed orders.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success while embracing AI-assisted tools to streamline routine tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating calendars for Account Executives and Managers, and generating quotes and orders in line with pricing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SalesforceCRM and confident use of Microsoft 365.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools to improve daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce for accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings and follow-ups for Account Executives and Managers across US time zones.
• Prepare quotes and order forms in line with pricing and approval guidelines.
• Support contract and renewal administration with key dates and documentation.
• Follow up on inbound leads with Marketing and route to the right seller.
• Be first point of contact for prospects and customers, answering routine questions.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to resolve issues.
• Build and share regular pipeline and activity reports for sales leadership.
