Job summary

Braeburn is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to deliver integrated incentive compensation, sales reporting, and analytics for assigned field teams. You will translate commercial data into insights, support IC administration, and partner with leadership to improve field execution and scalability.

You will own recurring analytics, participate in plan design, and help strengthen processes, controls, and data governance to ensure compliant and scalable IC operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business analytics or finance preferred.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences sales ops or analytics.
• Experience with incentive compensation administration and reporting.
• Strong data governance and vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end incentive compensation plans and governance.
• Create and explain IC reporting, payouts, and variance drivers.
• Maintain IC rules, plan guides, and process documentation.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver leadership-ready analyses and dashboards for field teams.
• Train field staff on IC, reporting, and data interpretation.
