Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) for our field sales organization. This role sits in Sales Operations and reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of analytical experience, including incentive compensation.
• Two years of hands-on experience with an ICM platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to audit models.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer recurring incentive payout calculations for field sales.
• Help implement and test ICM platform with Excel comparisons.
• Serve as primary contact for pay disputes with clear explanations.
• Prepare inputs including sales results, quotas, territory changes.
• Reconcile payouts and maintain controls for audit defensibility.
• Lead testing, validation, and ongoing tool administration.
• Produce attainment, payout, and plan cost reporting for leadership.
• Document plan mechanics and calculation procedures.
• Collaborate on plan design analysis and what-if scenarios.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce manual work.
