Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that inform sales strategy and decision-making. You will translate business needs into scalable analytics, bolster data models, and ensure reliable day-to-day reporting.

This role may be remote or hybrid across the US, collaborating with analysts, IT, and business stakeholders to drive forecasting, KPI definitions, and actionable insights while upholding governance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales analytics or commercial analytics or business intelligence.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards to support sustainable and consistent analytics delivery
