Smart Start, Inc. in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role within Care Center Sales. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver outstanding service to clients nationwide.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities; bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain records in CRM.
