Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a nationwide, fully remote position. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Earn an hourly base plus uncapped commissions with incentives, and enjoy a strong health plan and 401(k) match. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 6 months of sales or customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
