Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive nationwide revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

This fully remote position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions, a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, and a company 401(k) match, plus opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish bonus.
• Able to work remotely with strong self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams.
