Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role to drive revenue growth nationwide. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service while building strong client relationships.

The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed records in CRM and systems.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations for clients.
