Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote position. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver outstanding service to customers nationwide.

The role offers uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, and a 401(k) with generous company match. Strong communication, CRM proficiency, and bilingual English/Spanish skills may lead to additional compensation.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales-tracking tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Mansioni

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information; address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate and route issues while maintaining detailed records in CRM and other systems.
• Gather and manage data across multiple platforms and handle documentation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
