ProVia is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow unit and dollar sales in Eastern Michigan. The role involves visiting current accounts, soliciting new business on a disciplined schedule, and training readiness without bias.

The candidate should travel daily within the territory and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals set by the Director of Sales. The position offers base salary plus commission with allowances for car, meals, mileage, and travel expenses; benefits include PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work independently while meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Travel within designated territory daily to service current and potential new customers by vehicle.
• Train and motivate account owners and staff via seminars and coaching.
• Address customer complaints and resolve with management as needed.
• Assist customers with product issues and warranty resolutions.
• Develop relationships with purchasing contacts and key decision makers.
• Identify sales leads and coordinate with internal teams to update literature and pricing.
• Participate in product rollouts and review updates with customers.
• Prepare and organize documents for accounts, plans, and expenses.
• Attend Sales meetings at corporate HQ and offsite locations as required.
• Weekend work may be requested for open houses or home shows.
