Job summary

Alliance Solutions Group is seeking a Sage Intacct Consultant to lead client implementations from discovery through go-live and provide ongoing support. This fully remote role focuses on configuring Sage Intacct, training end-users, and fostering strong client relationships.

You will manage multiple engagements, translate business needs into scalable configurations, and collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ERP consulting or implementation experience.
• Strong accounting background and ability to discuss financial processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client service instincts.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sage Intacct implementations on time and on budget.
• Analyze requirements and translate client needs into Sage Intacct configurations.
• Set up modules and integrate third-party tools as required.
• Develop test scripts and validate configurations before go-live.
• Develop reports and dashboards tailored to client needs.
• Train end-users and provide post-go-live technical support.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
