Job summary

Pine Services Group is seeking a Senior Sage Intacct Consultant to lead client implementations, support add-on modules, and act as a trusted advisor beyond go-live. This fully remote role offers ownership, influence on delivery, and a growth path within a growing Sage Intacct practice.

You will own multiple engagements, mentor peers, and stay ahead of product releases to maximize client success. Remote work, competitive package, and a culture that values hands-on leadership are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Sage Intacct implementation and support experience in a consulting environment.
• Lead full-cycle engagements independently across multiple concurrent clients.
• Strong milestone tracking and budget awareness.
• Excellent client-facing communication with ability to set expectations and build trust.
• Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced consultants.
• Results-oriented and self-directed with urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead new Sage Intacct implementations and add-on module engagements with clients and PMs to keep projects in scope and on budget.
• Own client support—troubleshoot issues, respond with urgency, escalate when publisher involvement is needed.
• Communicate proactively with clients, keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
• Lead multiple engagements simultaneously with milestones and risk flags.
• Identify out-of-scope items and assist with change orders.
• Keep project plans accurate, reflecting true effort and required tasks.
• Mentor and develop less experienced consultants.
• Stay ahead of Sage Intacct releases and assess impact for clients.
• Contribute to the practice by refining delivery methodology and best practices.
