Job summary

Pine Services Group is seeking a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to lead client deployments from discovery through go-live in a fully remote role. You will configure modules, develop test plans, train end users, and optimize reporting while managing multiple engagements with strong stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes ownership of engagements, building trusted client relationships, and delivering implementations that drive tangible improvements for client finance and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years ERP implementation or consulting experience; Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with standard business tools (Office 365, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Sage Intacct implementations following established methodologies.
• Conduct discovery sessions to analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Configure Sage Intacct modules to align with client processes and accounting structures.
• Develop and execute test plans and support client testing phases.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer for system adoption.
• Design and build financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct.
• Configure and support third-party integrations and ISV solutions.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities; escalate complex issues with technical resources.
