Job summary

Pine Services Group seeks a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to lead full lifecycle implementations from discovery to go-live. This fully remote role requires translating business needs into Sage Intacct configurations and delivering training and go-live support for mid-market clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ERP or Sage Intacct experience, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

1+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience; Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
Proficiency with standard business tools (Office 365, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools).

Responsibilities

Lead and execute Sage Intacct implementations following established methodologies.
Conduct discovery sessions to document requirements.
Configure Sage Intacct modules to client processes and accounting structures.
Develop and execute test plans and support client testing.
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
Design and build financial reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct.
Manage multiple implementations with quality and timelines.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet milestones.
