Job summary

Accordant is seeking a knowledgeable Sage Intacct consultant to serve as SME, lead discovery sessions, and design scalable configurations aligned with client goals. You will manage implementations from requirements through deployment, optimize processes, and deliver training and demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes translating accounting concepts into practical recommendations, maintaining project documentation, and staying current with Sage Intacct features

Qualifications

• Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist or certified consultant preferred.
• 4+ years of Sage Intacct consulting, implementation, or financial systems experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations and system integrations.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to translate accounting concepts to clients.
• Proven project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Sage Intacct and related financial system solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes, workflows and requirements.
• Design and recommend scalable Intacct configurations and best-practice solutions.
• Manage Intacct implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure Intacct modules, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Provide strategic consulting on financial management practices.
• Lead client workshops, trainings, and solution demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials.
• Stay current on Sage Intacct releases and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor client adoption and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and guidance.
