Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training and Safety Program Lead to develop and optimize safety and training initiatives across FLEX and related businesses.

You will drive an incident-prevention culture and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with sales, operations, and customer teams. The role requires 5–7 years in safety and training, with leadership experience and a strong background in OSHA standards, LMS management, and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in safety management, training, or related areas with program responsibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance reporting.
• Experience delivering training programs to diverse populations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and training programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and incident prevention.
• Ensure OSHA/state/local compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Design onboarding and ongoing training across roles and sites.
• Manage LMS, records, and training databases; track completion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Customer teams.
