Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Training and Safety Program Lead to develop, implement, and improve safety and training initiatives across FLEX programs.

The role ensures employees, field staff, and end users are trained to meet safety and regulatory standards, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer stakeholders to align safety with growth. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in safety/training, CSP/OHST/ASP/CPTD certifications, and strong leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
• 5-7 years progressive safety/training experience with incident prevention metrics.
• 3 years leadership or cross-functional project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience delivering training programs to diverse employee groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and LMS platforms.
• Adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and training programs.
• Promote proactive safety culture focused on incident prevention and continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance and track safety metrics.
• Design and deliver training for FLEX team members and external customers.
• Coordinate LMS, learning records, and certification tracking.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Quality, and Customer teams on safety standards.
