Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking a Safety & Training Manager to lead safety, training, fleet, and facility maintenance programs. You will develop safety policies, manage employee training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain documentation of training and compliance activities.

The role collaborates with management, supervisors, and employees to promote a strong safety culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, workplace safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident prevention.
• Experience delivering training programs for adults in various formats (classroom, field, jobsite).
• Strong organizational, documentation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CP USA’s safety and training programs to support goals and compliance.
• Identify training needs with management and schedule topics on time.
• Develop and maintain training materials, agendas, and SOPs.
• Schedule and conduct trainings with attendance and records maintained.
• Maintain the training matrix and Paycom modules for onboarding and safety requirements.
• Coordinate jobsite safety assessments and inspections; recommend corrective actions.
