Bowman Company is seeking a Safety Manager to lead, implement, and maintain our safety programs across offices and field teams. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, training delivery, and proactive safety culture cultivation.

You will collaborate with operations leadership to drive safety excellence. The position requires extensive knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations, plus 7+ years in safety within related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety management or related field.
• 7+ years of safety experience in construction, engineering, energy, mining, or related operations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting field safety audits, training, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement safety programs across regions and sites.
• Provide coaching on safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Deliver safety training and conduct incident investigations.
