Job summary

Yorkshire Global Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to guide SAFe ART execution remotely in the USA. The role emphasizes PI Planning, dependency management, and collaboration with Product Management, Architects, and business teams to align with objectives.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, tracking delivery metrics, and ensuring effective use of agile tools. Prior SAFe transformations and PMP/Agile credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAFe Agile transformations across large programs.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI Planning and cross-team coordination.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution in SAFe across teams.
• Coordinate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Drive cross-team dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.
• Partner with Product Management, Owners, Architects and business teams for alignment.
• Monitor ART performance using Agile metrics and reporting tools to improve delivery.
• Coach Scrum Masters, teams, and stakeholders on SAFe and Agile best practices.
• Manage program-level roadmaps, release schedules and execution plans.
• Ensure effective use of Jira, Confluence, ADO, or Rally for planning and tracking.
• Facilitate communication between leadership, delivery teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting ART progress and release commitments.
• Leverage experience in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations.
• SAFe RTE certification and PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.
