Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write code in at least one modern programming language.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams to resolve issues across products.
• Diagnose potential issues with customers.
• Write detailed technical specifications for engineers.
