Job summary

Pomelo Care is hiring a Sales Development Representative to grow the employer sales segment across the continental US. You will generate and nurture high-potential opportunities, craft compelling outreach, and collaborate with marketing and AEs to communicate Pomelo Care’s value to enterprise employers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales development or lead generation experience, preferably SaaS/health tech.
• Strong ability to craft persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages and converse on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Generate high quality net new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized emails, and targeted social selling.
• Deliver value-driven messaging that engages prospects.
• Collaborate with AEs and marketing to tailor messaging and collateral that communicates Pomelo Care value.
• Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite to benefits leaders.
• Assist with pre and post-event campaigns to secure bookings from marketing events.
