We seek a Strategic Partnerships Director to own the end-to-end sales process for large and jumbo employers, driving market demand and crafting tailored strategies to close deals.
The role reports to the Head of Employer Sales and is open to candidates located in the continental US. Travel for conferences and broker meetings is expected as needed.

Your North Star: In this role, you will spearhead our growth with the nation's largest employers. You will own the end-to-end sales process for large and jumbo employers, driving market demand, crafting tailored prospect and buyer-level strategies and proposals and managing the full sales cycle. This position is integral to driving Pomelo revenue growth and furthering our mission by creating opportunities to serve more families.
This role reports to the Head of Employer Sales and is open to any candidates located in the continental US.

The expected base salary range for this role is $165,000-$185,000. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, with expected on-target earnings of $330,000 to $370,000, and equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
