Your north star: Pomelo is looking for an exceptional and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing employer sales team. In this role, you have the opportunity to partner with Pomelo’s Strategic Partnership Directors to drive leads with enterprise employers and their consultants.
This role reports to the Sales Development Manager and is open to any candidates located in the continental US.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, with expected on-target earnings of $115,000 to $130,000, and equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
