Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contract specialist to apply hands-on SaaS revenue operations and data insights to train AI systems, improving operational effectiveness and revenue data integrity in regulated multi-product environments.

You will refine CRM models, resolve policy conflicts, and design compliant revenue workflows while engaging with diverse stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and multiple revenue tools is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in SaaS revenue, sales, customer success, or implementation operations.
• Experience owning and configuring a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with two additional revenue tools (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-tracking).
• Ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain tradeoffs in highly regulated environments (fintech/healthtech/insurtech preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication for documenting logic and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience designing processes for regulated/multi-product SaaS implementations with focus on compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine CRM data models to support evolving needs.
• Resolve and document conflicting operational policies with tradeoffs explained clearly.
• Design and validate revenue workflows aligned with industry regulations.
• Identify and address revenue-data integrity gaps for accurate reporting.
• Provide documentation and walkthroughs based on system configuration experience.
