Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a remote contract role. The position focuses on optimizing revenue processes, maintaining data integrity, and designing compliant workflows across sales, marketing, and finance.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in SaaS revenue operations and hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, plus familiarity with billing, CPQ, and ticketing systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SaaS Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation Operations experience.
• Strong CRM ownership and configuration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-management systems.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with compliance-focused or regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and process design.
