Job summary

Zekai seeks a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a 100% remote contractor role open to candidates in the United States or Canada. You will configure and own CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and connect billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking to support revenue and customer motions.

You will work through realistic scenarios, justify your decisions, design compliant workflows, and identify and resolve policy conflicts. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SaaS revenue, sales, CS, or implementation ops.
• Direct CRM ownership with configuration experience in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with two connected tools: billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking.
• Ability to explain tradeoffs and resolve policy conflicts clearly.

Responsibilities
