Zekai is seeking a Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS) for a 100% remote, contractor role. You will analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing to align operational logic and policies, surface conflicts, and draft precise prompts for correct handling of complex scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.

You will document data states, changes, and rationale to support transparent decision-making while navigating cascading updates across interconnected systems.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years in revenue/sales/customer success operations or SaaS onboarding with direct system ownership.
• Ability to configure CRM systems (fields, workflows, validations, permissions) personally.
• Experience with two+ adjacent SaaS revenue tools (billing, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, automation).
• SaaS environment background, especially fintech/healthtech/insurtech or multi-product setups.
• Ability to assess and manage changes cascading across systems for operational integrity.
• Comfort in documenting grey areas and exceptions in policy, esp. renewals/entitlements.
• Professional English with strong written/verbal reasoning and trade-off articulation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify misalignments in operational logic and policies.
• Surface policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, and permissions mismatches; document processes.
• Draft precise prompts and recommendations for handling complex or ambiguous SaaS scenarios.
• Define desired data state and correct discrepancies to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Record reasoning and changes, including what was left untouched, for transparent decision-making.
• Apply judgment when rules cascade across systems and document the rationale.
• Deliver thorough written documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
