Aura is hiring a Sales Specialist - Retention to join our Inside Sales team. This remote USA role focuses on retaining existing customers and driving value through Aura’s Identity, Privacy and Security platform.

You will handle inbound cancellations, perform outbound recovery calls, and identify upsell opportunities while delivering excellent service. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and performance driven rewards.

Formación

• 1–2 years of sales/retention experience with metrics.
• Ability to engage customers and handle objections.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated with goal-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound cancellation calls and retain customers.
• Make daily outbound calls to customers with failed payments.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities aligned with Aura's Identity, Privacy and Security solutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices to be a trusted resource.
