Aura is hiring full-time Customer Loyalty Representatives for remote work in the United States. You will handle inbound cancellation calls to retain customers and perform outbound follow-ups on failed payments, aiming to maximize satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

You will educate customers on best practices to protect online identity and identify upsell opportunities across Aura's Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales/retention experience (or equivalent) with performance metrics.
• You love talking to people and are naturally engaging.
• You're self-motivated and push yourself to achieve goals.
• You're a team player and know how to win within a team environment.
• You are a self-starter with business acumen to solve customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound customer cancellation calls and retain them as an Aura customer.
• Make daily outbound calls to existing Aura customers with failed subscription payments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and listening.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Master Aura's story and mission to customers.
• Consult with customers on best practices to protect their online identity.
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's Identity, Privacy and Security solutions with customer needs.
• Proactively improve knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to be a trusted resource.
