Paylocity is seeking a Client Contract Manager Ops to own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of SaaS clients, coordinating with client service, sales, legal, and finance to ensure smooth renewals and maximize retention. You will negotiate terms, address objections, and drive value realization across accounts.

The role requires 5–7 years in project management or technical account management within SaaS/tech, strong communication, and CRM experience. This is a fully remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years project management or technical account management experience required
• Experience managing high-volume renewals (including quoting) in SaaS/Tech strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Renewal Management: Own end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of clients, including quoting and closing renewals.
• Strategic Account Planning: Partner with Client Service and Sales to develop renewal strategies and mitigate churn.
• Contract and Pricing Negotiation: Navigate enterprise procurement processes and pricing structures.
• Risk Identification: Identify renewal risks early and develop retention strategies.
• Process Optimization: Improve renewal workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain renewal forecasts and track metrics for leadership.
