WorkWave, a leading provider of SaaS solutions, is seeking an experienced Provisioning Specialist to join our Global Professional Services team. You will lead strategic alignment, technical enablement, and operational integrity of our SaaS platform implementations for enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes an analytical, proactive approach, independent judgment on provisioning edge-cases, and collaboration across teams to optimize onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Analytical mindset with experience evaluating complex operational requirements.
Ability to design and evaluate scalable provisioning workflows.
Experience leading provisioning, regulatory compliance, and financial activation in SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Evaluate client requirements to configure and execute appropriate database environments.
Lead the activation of SaaS payments and ensure financial compliance.
Formulate client registration strategies for regulatory compliance (e.g., 10DLC).
Establish governance policies for service scope and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot provisioning delays and ensure smooth handoffs.
