Qualifications

• 1+ years of software (SaaS) product management experience in construction, fabrication, mining, or similar industrial environments preferred but not required.
• Experience with PM tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed product requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and generate ideas to improve customer experience.
• Translate goals into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.
• Refine user stories based on feedback and project priorities.
• Develop release plans and coordinate releases with documentation.
• Collaborate with development and QA to resolve issues.
