Otto is seeking a Partnerships Program Specialist in a remote-capable US role, with Austin, TX as a preferred hub. You will own a pipeline of veterinary practices, drive enrollment, and coordinate data-partner integration to ensure quota attainment.

This is a sales‑driven position with opportunities to move to full-time after 60 days of strong performance. The role requires 1+ year in quota-carrying SaaS sales, excellent phone communication, and a collaborative mindset to partner across teams

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience.
• SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone and able to handle objections.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Own a pipeline of veterinary clinics from first conversation through enrollment and integration.
• Make a minimum of 55 outbound calls per day plus follow-up emails.
• Guide prospects through enrollment workflow and terms.
• Drive enrolled clinics through integration with our data partner.
• Hit and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
• Keep activity and pipeline clean in Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Partner with internal teams for a smooth handoff post-integration.
