Job summary

Thryv, a long-standing SaaS platform provider for SMBs, seeks an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS client base and deepen relationships with existing customers.

You’ll prospect, present solutions, and close deals while working mostly outside the home office. Candidates should have 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle with a drive to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• 2+ years outbound full cycle sales
• Knowledge of Thryv product suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong emotional intelligence
• Able to manage multiple priorities remotely
• Comfortable driving and commuting within 1 hour

Responsibilities

• Increase penetration to the existing client base and grow SaaS client base
• Contact assigned clients and present upsell opportunities
• Identify and secure new SaaS clients via self-generated prospecting and company programs
• Execute defined processes for cadences, product demos and order entry
