Job summary

Thryv Outside Software Account Rep in El Paso, TX, remotely drives growth by expanding within existing clients and pursuing new SaaS opportunities. You’ll call on clients, present additional solutions, and meet quotas while working from a home-office setup.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with occasional travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably SaaS).
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full cycle) role required.
• Industry knowledge with Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with high EI.
• Time and organization skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new programs (MS Office).
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver's license.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute).

Responsibilities

• Grow Thryv’s penetration in the existing client base and increase client engagement.
• Grow the SaaS client base through new sales opportunities.
• Call on assigned clients and present opportunities for additional sales.
• Execute defined operational processes with excellence.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
