Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for service professionals. You will guide new Pros through activation, adoption, and early value realization, acting as the central point of contact after enrollment and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in customer success or onboarding, excellent communication, and a proactive, empathetic approach to solving issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in customer success, onboarding, or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with new customers and demonstrate success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for new Pros and drive activation and adoption.
• Serve as primary contact post-enrollment and guide early product usage.
• Communicate client information and feedback across teams such as Sales and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to mitigate risk and boost retention.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and improve the onboarding process.
