Job summary

Dakota Software is hiring a Client Success Manager for a fully remote role. You will guide new and existing clients through onboarding, drive adoption of the software, and demonstrate business value to encourage renewals and expansions.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage projects, create SOWs, and forecast deal value while maintaining strong client relationships across multiple states. This is a remote, customer-facing role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, sales or consulting.
• Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred.
• SaaS software sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for all client projects and as an escalation point.
• Project manage client onboarding to successful outcomes and drive early value adoption.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with analysts to determine solutions and project approaches.
• Create SOWs and project plans with milestones and tasks.
• Monitor work requests and schedule deployments to client sites.
• Resolve issues by facilitating communication and clarifying requirements.
• Manage project communications with stakeholders and team members.
• Identify risks and work with clients to minimize impact.
• Forecast sales projections and value of deals; pursue up-sell and renewals.
