Job summary

CARET is seeking a Migration Account Executive to advance high-volume migrations for legal and accounting firms. You will build pipelines, plan accounts, and drive migrations to our SaaS platform.

This remote role emphasizes relationship-building with C-suite executives and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, a hunter mentality, and a proven track record in quota-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience selling software/SaaS in a full cycle role.
• Experience in up-selling software solutions is preferred.
• Experience closing deals with short sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-volume migrations pipeline through relationship-building within the legal customer base.
• Develop account plans and strategies for target accounts.
• Make outbound calls to current clients, selling migrations to our SaaS platform.
• Review SaaS options for inbound requests from customers.
• Deliver compelling web-based presentations and master product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Execs, Customer Success, Marketing) in migration efforts.
• Arrange, manage, and close complex sales cycles.
• Guide customers through the benefits of our SaaS platform.
• Forecast migration activity and revenue retention using sales tools.
