Alkami Technology seeks an Implementation Specialist to deliver high-quality software configurations and onboarding for banking clients. You will coordinate testing, validate requirements, and guide customers through milestones to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining documentation, and supporting deployment and billing activities within a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting software implementations, onboarding activities, or configuration tasks.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine configuration and usability issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience.
• Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and implementation timelines simultaneously.
• Experience performing functional or integration testing activities and documenting outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project, ticket, testing, or documentation tools.
