Job summary

Rallyware Inc. seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to bridge between Customer Success, Product and Engineering during customer implementations.

You will own the technical aspects from discovery through delivery, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and risks with internal teams and customer stakeholders. You will work with distributed, remote teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful Rallyware deployments.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of technical project management in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success and other teams.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, data structures, authentication, and system dependencies.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills with timelines and milestones.
• Comfort working with distributed and remote teams and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Rallyware platform capabilities and configurations.
• Partner with Customer Success and customers to map business processes, tech environments, integrations, and data flows.
• Consult with customers to propose technical solutions addressing business requirements.
• Provide ongoing guidance to customers’ technical teams during implementation.
• Define and translate business requirements into technical specifications and plans.
• Create and maintain high-level implementation plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA and CS to track progress and manage risks.
• Communicate project status, risks, scope changes, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Align technical solutions with business objectives throughout the lifecycle.
